BioTech Summer Programme (BSP) offers undergraduate participants the fascinating journey of biotechology in everyday life through the BioTrek Experience. BSP offers the possibility of combining an exciting study abroad experience with hands-on research practice led by renowned research teams.

Learning objectives

  1. Participants will be able to be further equipped with problem-solving and innovative learning towards understanding biotechnology.

  2. Participants will be able to join the extracurricular activities designed to encourage participants for socialisation and stimulate cultural awareness in Malaysia.

  3. Participants will be able to access their true potential in skill development and stimulating curiosity and creativity through the moduls.

What do I expect to learn?

Participants will be able to learn and experience the journey of biomolecular wonder. They will be exposed to biomolecular knowledge, from the molecular level to the application of biotechnology in everyday life, encompassing different fields of biotechnology.

The module includes a cultural trip to Kuala Selangor to give the participants the opportunity to explore and experience first-hand fascinating Malaysia, and the usage of biotechnology.

How do I experience learning?

Lectures, Site Visits, Field Trips/ Field Excursion, Study Tour, Discussions, Group Activities, Presentation, Outings, Homestay, Tutorial, Outdoor and Indoor Activities

Student will be evaluated through:
