REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ 8/2020):
“TO PROVIDE SCHEDULED CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE MALAYSIA HALL PERTH PREMISE”
With regards to the above matter, we are pleased to invite your company to provide a quotation as details below:
i. To provide scheduled cleaning services for Malaysia Hall Perth located at 268 Newcastle Street, WA 6003
ii. To provide cleaning services for resident’s and guest’s rooms (upon request)
iii. Please refer Appendix A & B for the MINIMUM REQUIREMENT for building and room cleaning services.
iv. Interested contractors are required to call the assistant warden on his mobile no +614 21 27 8882 for an appointment. The site visits are available on 14 August 2020 (Friday) from 10.30 am to 11.30 pm and17 August 2020 (Monday), from 10.30 am to 11.30 pm at Malaysia Hall Perth, 268 Newcastle Street, Northbridge WA 2003. Please book your slot that might suit you.
v. The quotation must be received by 12.00 noon, 21 August 2020 (Friday). Any submission after this date will not be accepted.
