REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ 7/2020):
“TO PROVIDE SCHEDULED CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE MALAYSIA HALL SYDNEY PREMISE”
With regards to the above matter, we are pleased to invite your company to provide a quotation as details below:
i. To provide scheduled cleaning services for Malaysia Hall Sydney located at 2A Alison Road, Randwick NSW 2031
ii. To provide cleaning services for resident’s and guest’s rooms (upon request)
iii. Please refer Appendix A & B for the MINIMUM REQUIREMENT for building and room cleaning services.
iv. Interested contractors are required to attend the Site Visit Session to be held on 16 July 2020 (Thursday), 10.00 am at Malaysia Hall Sydney, 2A Alison Road, Randwick NSW 2031.
v. The quotation must be received by 12.00 noon, 27 July 2020 (Monday). Any submission after this date will not be accepted.
