You will be able to learn how to make traditional Malay dishes; everything from rice to beautiful authentic traditional desserts fresh from garden to the plate. We have a great range of cooking lessons and as well as food tours. This class focuses on some of the most traditional highlights and includes six main different Malay Cuisine namely Malay Champa, Borneo, Javanese, Malaysian, Minangkabau and festival speciality. Whichever class you choose you will leave here with a new skill set and a book of beautiful recipes that you will know how to confidently prepare in your own home kitchen.

Learning objectives
The course will provide students with concept, skills and techniques of ethnic Malay traditional cooking.
It also exposes students to the various Malay foods from various regions in Malaysia and its relationships with Malay culture and traditions from the theoretical and practical perspectives.
Students will also be exposed to managerial and entrepreneurial skills throughout the course.
What do I expect to learn?
Various exposure on the different type of Malay cuisine and culture.
Student also will involve in community and tourism site visit to popular tourist attraction in Kelantan.
