Learning objectives
The summer school is tailored to introduce international participants to the fascinating world of Malaysian cuisine. Participants will be exposed to the essence and distinctive identity of Malaysian culture through hands-on culinary experience.
What do I expect to learn?
Participants will be able to explore the diversity of Malaysian cuisine inspired by the multi-racial composition of the country.
Participants will be able to learn traditional methods in preparing traditional Malaysian cuisine.
Participants will be able to experience Malaysian cultural heritage through visits to major tourism sites.
