Why is this interesting for me?
Practicum/Teaching Practice programme is specially tailored for all future educators and in service teacher to gain exposure in Malaysia Education System.Throughout the programme the participants will enrich their experience and employ teaching practices pecialized in Malaysia schools. There will also be exciting opportunities to explore UPSI National Child Development Research Centre (NCDRC) a pecialized centre in early childhood development in Malaysia.

Learning objectives
1. Expose Malaysia’s Education System in school setting and environment; 2. Develop the teaching trainees experience thorough integration of teaching theories and practical in real situation; 3. Develop personal relationship with the school’s administrators,teachers,parents and students.

1. Improve their self-assessment and portfolio in teaching profession; 2. Share and adopt the various approaches,methods,strategies and teaching and learning techniques to be applied at their home school/institutions; 3. Experience the environment of interactions with other members in the community especially in school.

Site Visits, Study Tour, Discussions, Group Activities,Presentations, Meeting with local communities, Seminar,Workshops, Active Learning,Mentoring,Reflective journaling, Visits and interacting with local community, Educational Tours.

Presentations,Participation, Attendance, Group work,Discussions, Individual presentations practical,Reflective journaling.
